#TestimonyTuesday

from From Kay Limke in Tulsa, OK

It was 1970. I was a reluctant “newbie” in the renewal, far more comfortable with laughter than tears. And a friend brought me to a “charismatic Mass” at the church of St. Mary’s in Tulsa, OK. His Presence, the music, liturgy, I sobbed through the whole Mass. This was “the real enchilada”, and here I am, 52 years later, blessed to be part of our CCRS Service Team for the Diocese, still praying in tongues for the ambulances and street people I see as I drive, priests and friends in the car with me, praying with a woman in Lowe’s for her ailing husband, in hospitals, funeral homes, churches, restaurants, prayer teams. Blessed.
