Pentecost Today USA
Director of Operations

What inspires you to bring baptism in the Holy Spirit to the whole Church?

I did not attend a Life in the Spirit seminar until I was 51 years old. After being baptised in the Holy Spirit, scripture passages I heard or read many times before had a deeper meaning and often spoke directly to my circumstances of the moment. Mass became a very holy and precious experience I entered into, not just attended. I felt closer to Jesus and could “hear” more of what the Holy Spirit wanted to tell me. I was more peaceful, joyful and calm, even in difficult times. I could go on and on about the positive effects it had upon my daily life and personal spiritual journey. Thank God someone brought the baptism of the Holy Spirit to me! I want to help bring it to as many of God’s people as possible. Come, Holy Spirit, come!

Biography

I am married to Theresa and together we have three grown children, a son- and daughter-in-law, and four beautiful grandchildren. A cradle Catholic born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, I attended graduate school in Florida and then was employed by PPG Industries. I started in Louisiana and was subsequently transferred to Texas, Ohio and eventually Pittsburgh. After twenty-four years with PPG, I accepted an offer to work for Robert Morris University and spent eleven years as Vice President, Human Resources, the position from which I retired in 2016. Theresa and I are members of Saints Martha and Mary Parish in Gibsonia and live in the neighborhood adjacent to The Arc and The Dove. I have served as a Chaplain of a Boy Scout Troop and presently am a promoter for weekend retreats at the St. Paul of the Cross Retreat Center, a Eucharistic Minister and the leader of the Saints Martha and Mary Prayer Group. I am humbled and honored to now serve Pentecost Today USA as Director of Operations.
