Yoline Scutt

Yoline Scutt of Philadelphia, PA, has been active in many Haitian-based communities and funded activities for over 15+ years. She is active in her church community and the Diocese of Philadelphia as the representative for the YA PCMR group in the Office of Migrant and Refugees.

Yoline has a career in human resources and education. She shares her time to serve as a youth leader, catechist teacher, dance instructor, and lector. She has also served as a committee member for many church and social activities in the Dioceses of PA, NJ, NY, and in Haiti.

She is currently involved in advocacy for detainees, especially those in family detention centers. Her goal is to be the voice of unrepresented Haitians, uplift the Haitian culture, and highlight all the unknown Haitian impacts in the United States’ society and beyond. With extensive experience in both the US justice and private sectors, Yoline displays a unique skill that provides the beauty of service through kindness, efforts, and faith.
