Joe has a heart for helping prayer group leaders in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal fire up their prayer groups! His most recent project is setting up a YouTube Channel and Facebook page called “Fire Up Your Catholic Charismatic Prayer Group!”. He has completed a self-taught video series for prayer group leaders, pastoral team members, Core Groups and Service Teams called the Prayer Group Leadership Development Program.

Joe is now retired from industry where he has held leadership positions in his professional chemical engineering career as Plant Manager for several chemical plants and an oil refinery.

He has a held a variety of servant leadership roles in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal since the mid 80’s and served in more than one diocese as his professional career moved him around the country. Some of the roles he served in include Prayer Group Leader, City-Wide Leader, Area Service Rep, Diocesan Vice Chairperson and Diocesan Chairperson. He has also led and coordinated dozens of diocesan events and seminar teams including Life in the Spirit, Born of the Spirit, Alive in the Spirit and the Prayer Group Leadership Development Program, the Miracle Hour Prayer Method, Days of Renewal, Annual Conferences, Workshops, Parish Missions, etc.

He has given numerous talks/teachings many Catholic Charismatic gatherings of prayer groups, Citywide Events, Days of Renewal, seminars, parish missions, prayer group leadership workshops, etc. He has also written many articles and diocesan newsletters for the Catholic Charismatic Renewal.

Joe and his wife Francesca have eight children but are empty-nesters and now live in The Villages, Florida.
